With journaling so far behind I will give just a highlight snapshot of the zero mile days spent in Hanover, NH.
Meals: breakfast: Lou's Restaurant and Bakery - awesome Greek omelet and home fries (Finn, Redneck, Animal)
Dinner: Mollies - great calamari, tenderloin sandwich (Finn, Redneck, Phantom)
Ben & Jerry's - visit to get a free White Blaze, a White Russian milkshake made only for thru-hikers
Movies - Big Daddy - watched in the Tabard TV room
Spent the day doing laundry, visiting the PO to get winter gear back, including heavy fleece pullover, fleece underwear and winter sleeping bag. Walked across town and campus. Thru-hikers who arrived at Tabard: Buzzard and Priceless. It was a late night up partying with the guys and various hikers staying at Tabard.
